    experience on ribo-zero rRNA depletion complete/gold kit

    hi, my colleague and I have tried the ribo-zero rRNA depletion kit but it looks like when we increased the sample size to 6, 12, the samples tend to have low yield at the last few samples. The tech has tried it herself and she recommended us to process 3 samples each time. Do anyone has the same experience of getting low yield that are insufficient for downstream library prep and typically how many samples you prep each time?
