  • Special Issues-Workshop on Data Mining for NGS Analysis (BIBM2012)

    Special Issues

    Proceedings from the IEEE BIBM 2012 Workshop on Data-Mining of Next-Generation Sequencing will be published as a supplement to BMC Bioinformatics or International Journal of Functional Informatics and Personalized Medicine (IJFIPM).

    The fee for publication in BMC Bioinformatics is £940 (British Pound Sterling) and will be invoiced directly to each author by the publisher.

    Publication timeline:

    July 30, 2012 : Submission of Manuscripts for Workshop

    August 20, 2012 : Author Notification of Review Decision

    September 4, 2012 : Camera-ready of Accepted Papers for Workshop

    October 15, 2012 : Final Manuscripts Submission for BMC Bioinformatics or IJFIPM

    Manuscripts submitted for publication in the proceedings must be original (not already published elsewhere).

    Please note the acceptance of the oral presentation does not guarantee publication of the manuscript; all submitted manuscripts will undergo a full peer review.
