Next Gen ISO 17025 Labs?

Hi all,
We're working on trying to get our next gen sequencing lab accredited to ISO 17025 (I know, we're crazy ). We have two 454 instruments and intend to get a HiSeq this year.

Is anyone out there running a 17025 next gen lab? If so, how are you validating your instrumentation?
