Hello everyone,
I am a Bioinformatician at the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics and we are shortly going to get a benchtop NGS sequencer, the first ever NGS machine in Cyprus. We are in the process of deciding which one (miSeq, 454 GS Junior, Ion Torrent) is best for our needs (mostly amplicon sequencing) so I have been reading through all of your comments which have been very useful so far. Anything more you d like to point out on these machines, will be most appreciated!
