    Hello
My name is Joseph, I am new to here, and also new to bioinformatics.
I am working on splice site prediction and I tested my method only on Yeast chromosome II, and I want to compare my method result with some other algorithm; I just don't find another method tested on Yeast.

I have found a method tested on Orthomyxoviridae viruse (IFA7, IFA8, IFB8, IFC7, ISAV7, Tho6), but I don't know how to access these sequences, any idea?

    Thanks

Sorry, I don't know. Perhaps ask your adviser?

By yeast, do you mean S. cerevisiae? Very few of its genes are spliced, which is probably why you can't find other analyses for comparison.

A number of tools for splice site prediction have been published, and many have been evaluated on publicly available data sets. I suggest you start there.
