Hi,
My name is Ed, and I am a evolutionary developmental biologist, currently working at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. I am involved in a project on regeneration of ribbon worms, and as a part of it, we did some RNAseq using Illumina HiSeq, which has become my intro to bioinformatics. Will probably have more to ask than to offer for the forum for now, but hopefully the ratio will change over time.
