I am new to SEQanswers and I hope to find support here.
I work with third generation platforms (Oxford Nanopore), right now we are optimizing targeted metagenomics for identification of bacteria yeasts and moulds in food as species level.
I encountered some limitations, and I´d like to brainstorm solutions with you!
