Hi all,
I am new to the forum as I try and get a greater understanding of NGS theory and troubleshooting.
I have been working in the lab for a sequencing provider in the UK for 6 years carrying out Sanger sequencing and NGS, with experience of Illumina MiSeq, NextSeq, HiSeq and recently Novaseq, as well as numberous library preparation methods.
