Hello !
I'm Viviane Ali, currently an undergraduate student at Panama. For my final project I'm working with eDNA water samples to see Pocillopora corals diversity on Panama eastern Pacific through environmental DNA. I'm just beginning with the analysis of my first Miseq library sequences.
I will deeply appreciate any help with the programs I will be using (for the first time) like cutadapt on my windows pc and dada2 on Rstudio.
