Where sequenced, how was it, and cost?
Hi folks,
I am doing an analysis of all 454 sequencing centers in the US for costs and experience with the facility. I am more interested in metagenomic experiences, but feel free to share genomic experiences also.
Please share as much detail as you can such as: the size of the run, the cost, did you submit DNA or a prepped library, how many good quality reads did you get back, what were the average length, how long did it take from submission to data file back, etc.Last edited by cmuletz; 10-18-2012, 07:28 PM.
