SEQanswers June Challenge Has Begun!

The competition has begun! We're giving away a $50 Amazon gift card to the member who answers the most questions on our site during the month. We want to encourage our community members to share their knowledge and help each other out by answering questions related to sequencing technologies, genomics, and bioinformatics. The competition is open to all members of the site, and the winner will be announced at the beginning of July. Best of luck!

    Thank you!
That's what I figured, but needed to make sure.
    Thanks again!

It should be fine. I believe the chemistries are the same between platforms. You can use MV emPCR kits for the Jr, so beads from any of the SV or LV kits should be fine as well.

    FLX beads on JR?

Will capture beads for the FLX sequence on the JR? We have a FLX and are looking to sequence a library on a JR somewhere else, for quality control purposes. So, we'd create the library, do emPCR, and send the finished product (beads ready for sequencing) to another facility with a JR. Does anyone know if this is possible?

    Thank you!!
