    Control DNA fragments sequences on titanium

    Hello all !

    We are using titanium series to sequence amplicons and I am interrested in getting the original sequence of the control dna fragments used in titanium. Unfortunately I cannot get them from the provider we use and I do not have access to the kit documentation either. Genbank is not of great help as apparently the six control dna fragments used are only partially found there and moreover there is polymorphism in databases.

    Could anyone post here the six control dna sequences please?

    As Roche kindly sent me the answer I reply to myself here in case others are interrested. The 6 sequences attached are the ones for FLX Titanium libraries.
