we didn't mix experiments, and when we sent the report to the technical service, they only told us that it could be a warning with the enzime chiller temperature plot, but we don't think that this was the reason.

key is a 4nt sequence on 454 adaptor/primer which is next to sequencing primer site.
I think no key means the beads didn't carry the right DNA template. Did you mix 2 different DNA libraries (amplicon and rapid library) in the same region? If that's not the case, you may want to send a run report to tech support to check if there is any fluidic issue with the machine.Leave a comment:

could anybody explain me what a "no key" in the GS Run Browser application’s Wells tab means?, because we are having a lot of these wells.
