What proportion of DNA in a 454 library is actually sequenced?

Does anyone have a back of the envelope calculation to estimate what proportion of DNA in a 454 library actually gets sequenced? For example, if I start with 500ng of DNA to build a library, how much of that 500ng actually is sequenced?
