    I would like to know if someone tested the protocol MYselect sequence enrichichment for targeted sequencing (MYcroarray) and made sequence with the 454?
    I want to do sequence capture on 454 but I can't use nimblegen protocol...
    Do you know a protocol?

    I use Nimblegen so I can not tell if MYselect works, but I checked the manual on their website and I don't see a problem, just make a general library with a NEB (lot cheaper) or ROCHE kit and hybridize according to their protocol.

    Or you could use agilent sureselect, but I guess that is not possible if you can not use Nimblegen.
