I wonder if someone could send me the GS FLX Titanium Sequencing Method Manual.
ECO posted three very interesting manuals about emPCR, Library Prep and Operator's Manual, but I'm interested how the sequencing process is conducted in order to know the orientation of my resulting reads, that's, if they are in 3' -> 5' direction or the opposite
Besides I think it could be added to the above list.
