I hope someone can help me.
I have Illumina Data from resequencing and i need an file where i have the chromosomal position and the nucleotide which was called.
I should look like this:
chr I Nucleotide
1 A
2 T
3 C
4 A
5 G
I only have experience in 454 Sequencing Data Analysis and there you get an 454 Alignmentinfo.tsv file. Is there something similar for Illumina Data?
If not how can i make such an file?
