    Hi jsvinco,
    Each kit is loaded with 25 additional cycles for indexing. So unless you need both indexing reads the answer is a 'yes'. If you need both indexing reads as well as the 50 cycles you might be pushing it - we have pushed the machine 5 cycles over the total cycle count (i.e 330 cycles on a 300 kit) and it behaved (although the machine complains at set-up). Other might have gone further?
