  • MiSeq maintenance wash issue

I placed the MiSeq FGx on standby 30 days ago and today I performed a maintenance wash. However, the first of the three washes continued for 4 hours before I exited the screen. I tried completing the wash again but the same thing happened. Has anyone ever had a problem like this and how would I fix this issue?

Too late to answer your question, may be helpful for future answer searcher:

I would turn the power off and wait for 5 minutes, then turn Miseq back on, start a new wash.

I've registered for an account just to say that exactly one year after you have posted this solution, we faced the exact same problem and applied the exact same solution, with success. Many thanks.

        Introduction to Single-Cell Sequencing
        by seqadmin
Single-cell sequencing is a technique used to investigate the genome, transcriptome, epigenome, and other omics of individual cells using high-throughput sequencing. This technology has provided many scientific breakthroughs and continues to be applied across many fields, including microbiology, oncology, immunology, neurobiology, precision medicine, and stem cell research.

The advancement of single-cell sequencing began in 2009 when Tang et al. investigated the single-cell transcriptomes
