    Setting up and using MGI platforms

    Hi Folks
    I am curious as to how many people have set up and run MGI sequencers. I have an SP-100 and a G-50 sequencer. What was easy, what was difficult? Did anyone run into any problems during the process of set up and initial validation in their laboratory? I'm about to do this and am curious as to the community's experience so far.
