Hi,
I was hoping to put together labeled ddNTPs, appropriate polymerase, buffer, dNTPs for cycle sequencing. However, it seems my only option is to purchase a kit. Does anyone out there cycle sequence with fluorescently-labeled ddNTPs without employing the use of a kit?
I'd really like feedback on if it's possible to cycle sequence using your own reagents instead of a kit and where to find these reagents if anybody out there has info on this. Thanks!
