Hi,
I have a couple of projects for HiSeq sequencing, and after investigating a few different labs, I´m thinking of sending them to the core at Tufts. Does anyone have experience with this service? What services have been good for you?
*My samples include bacterial transcriptomes, so will need rRNA depletion...how have the users of this site fared with this process?
