    Yes, we take outside samples, unfortunately by law we have to charge 2x our internal pricing. Although, this is actually less than what most service companies are charging.

    Our motivation is to increase the number of runs to reduce the service contract cost. Currently we have enough internal samples for 1 run a week. This leaves open a second run for external users.

    If you have prepped libraries, there is essentially no wait for sequencing.
