Hi guys,
Does anyone know of any facility providing RADtag services (library prep/sequencing)?
Floragenex (the guys who developed the protocol), in Oregon, only offer an all or nothing service, are super expensive, won't disseminate any details about their optimized protocol (so bad for publication and learning!), and currently have a lead time of at least 6 months.
Do you know of labs which have used RADtags in house?
Any info would be useful.
Cheers,
J
