strange WFA

I just finished my first E80 easy beads prep and WFA. I got 2 billion beads, but the quality is poor. The main reason seems largely due to beads that are both Cy5 and FAM for the first ligation. Does anyone encountered similar problem before? Any suggestion is appreciated.

You have too many beads. You should get about 1 billion beads. 2 billion means you probably have too much library in your emulsion and your wfa will show high n2s and poor on axis.
It might be something else but this would be my first check.
