When I use SSAKE to assemble short reads, sometimes it outputs *coverage.csv file, sometimes it doesn't.
It seems when there are lots reads, you tends to have longer contigs and the same time you have *.coverage.csv, while you have less reads, you still have some shorter contigs, but you don't have the coverage.csv file. I used "-c 1" in both cases.
Anyone know why and how to make SSAKE to generate *coverage.csv file
Or, alternatively, are there any better assembler by which I can see coverage information and read position in each contig?
