We've been working tirelessly on Savant and MedSavant. Savant is a next-generation genome browser. MedSavant is our latest project. It is a high-performance search engine and visual analytics platform for genomic variant datasets. The Savant Genome Browser comes built-in, allowing you to quickly inspect supporting evidence and genomic context of variants. Together these are intended to facilitate the management of huge genomic variant datasets, both in research and clinical settings.
On Thursday Nov 1 at 1pm EST, we are hosting a 1 hour webinar that will cover new features of these tools. If you're interested in participating, you can register here.
