alternative splicing for SOLiD data

Hi all,
I have some SOLiD (paired-end, Control/Treatment matched samples). We aim to analyze the alternative splicing events between Control and Treatment. As for the analysis tools, does anyone have recommendation apart from cufflinks/cuffdiff?
