Hello,
I'm curently using Galaxy with my Chip-seq data, and my problem is that when i try to use MACS for paired end analysis they told me elandmulti is necessary. But i don't know how can i obtain it. We only have to convert in this format manually ?
My raw data are fastqc format for the two strands separately.
