weird FPKM and cov information in cufflinks output

According to the manual, the FPKM and cov information is included in the output attributes.

My results showed that range of FPKM is from 0 to 1. Is it normal?The manual example is 101.267

And my cov ranges from 0 to 7.6142.

If I would like to get the expression level, should I go with the number of cov or this FPKM? The manual says that FPKM is related to abundance and cov is related to depth of read coverage. Does it mean that both are related to the expression levels?
