Assessing Assembly difficulty using SGA preqc

Hi all,

I am doing denovo transcriptomic assembly of a fish, illumina data, nearly 1 billion reads.


I ave been running the 'preqc' module from SGA to assess my dataset and try to understand why my assembly was so crappy. In the paper describing that module they talk about using the output as a reference in mailing list to have people estimate your dataset. I would like to do so.

Have you ever heard of such a list ?

Can someone look at my dataset results (Barramundi)
