SeqMonk Probe Trend Plot normalization question
Hi, first of all I want to thank the SeqMonk developers, it's a really great tool.
However, I struggle to understand the scaling options in the The Probe Trend Plot, namely:
"correct for total read count" and
"scale within each data store"
Could you elaborate how exactly are these things calculated. Thanks!
