We are using CRISPR Cas9 tool for genome editing. The gRNA which we have used has several off targets. Therefore, off targeting will generate InDel within the genome because of NHEJ mechanism.
We are checking the off targeting at population level, where the specific targeting by gRNA is relatively high than that of off targeting.
We have designed a primers in such a way that we get an amplicon of 250bp lenght including off target site, which has to be checked for InDel.
Thus, I would like to know, whether there is any algorithm to check the InDel sequence.
