    Dear All,

Very novice to NGS and seeking help for computational analysis of NGS from scratch..

    Thanks

Well i think you have to be a bit more specific.... both "computational analysis" and "NGS" are very broad spectrum terms.

Thank you for reply... I just want to analyse computationally the NGS data deposited on database.. what type of analysis can be done by using these deposited data??.

You have to much more specific with your questions, since it sounds like "can you tell me how to do my analysis?". That type of question will not get a great response.

I agree with him...Your question is like going to a store and asking for a "soft drink"... u have to specify exactly that you want a coke or a sprite or whatever.... k? If u want to know what all can be done with NGS data then google it or just browse the SEQanswers forums

            Dear all,
I dont know what to analyze and what to do, so am in searching process, just hints, where to go for good learning.
            thanks

People will not be happy to see you post such things..... Learn to be independent... please read through random articles in the forums to get a better understanding of the field.

Since you are searching and do not know enough to ask a direct specific question, I suggest reading *every* post on SeqAnswers. Sometimes twice. Eventually you will learn enough about what interests you.

Genetic Variation in Immunogenetics and Antibody Diversity
                  by seqadmin

The field of immunogenetics explores how genetic variations influence immune responses and susceptibility to disease. In a recent SEQanswers webinar, Oscar Rodriguez, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Louisville, and Ruben Martínez Barricarte, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University, shared recent advancements in immunogenetics. This article discusses their research on genetic variation in antibody loci, antibody production processes,...

                  Choosing Between NGS and qPCR
                  by seqadmin

Next-generation sequencing (NGS) and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) are essential techniques for investigating the genome, transcriptome, and epigenome. In many cases, choosing the appropriate technique is straightforward, but in others, it can be more challenging to determine the most effective option. A simple distinction is that smaller, more focused projects are typically better suited for qPCR, while larger, more complex datasets benefit from NGS. However,...
