I have downloaded boost_1_54_0.tar.gz as it is a prerequisite for installing TopHat. Then I had unpacked and tried to install according to user manual....

Hi,

I'm trying to install Tophat. I installed bowtie, samtools and boost (all they are ok, I think).
So, I do:

./configure...
