I have had several troubleshooting attempts at sequencing a low-diversity, small amplicon library on a NextSeq2000 using P1 50...
2 results in 0.0045 seconds.

what is your opinion about the NextSeq2000?

As our NextSeq500 is old, We could replace it that we used by a NextSeq 2000.
I would like to know your opinion...
