Does dPCR fits RNA-seq validation?

Hi community,

I'm was looking for qPCR standards to start differential RNA-seq results validation and I found digital PCR (dPCR) technique.

First, I would like to know if it's good idea to use dPCR for validation of differential RNA-seq results, having in to account:

1. Cost
2. Instrument required. Now we have PCR machines and a qPCR machine.
