Dear all,
I study Bioinformatics and I am working on my graduation project right
now. Therefore I had to annotate a genome of an Escherichia coli strain,
which was sequenced just a few weeks ago. I am now trying to integrate the
results (predicted genes) of fgenesB into Apollo, because fgenesH will not
be helpfull in this case. My question is, if it is possible to integrate
the fgenesB results into Apollo or if there are any other methods, which I
can use. I am really despaired right now and hope that someone could help
me.
Thanks, Caro
