    command/downloadable line ld tool using coordinates

    Hello,

    I am trying to find a tool I can use to calculate an estimate of linkage between two loci in the human genome. I would like a function that takes in two coordinates and returns the R^2 value of linkage,if any, between these two loci? I am wondering if anyone here is aware of such a tool?
