NGS data in gbrowse? Weird!

i want to display NGS data in gbrowse 2.03,so i installed gbrowse on 2 web servers.i use the Bio:B::Sam db_adaptor，and i got the coverages and reads correctly on the first server,but i can't see any coverages but reads on the second server. there is nothing wrongs in the log.it's Weird.
