rRNA database of Chicken

Hi all!!
I'm looking for a rRNA database of Chicken to check how much of RNAseq data I've obtained contains ribosomal RNAs.

However, I found no comprehensive database for chicken rRNA sequences.
Do you have any recommendations (Database or the way you identify rRNA sequences)? Thanks!

Hi asurain,

Did you look at this ?:
ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-64..._gallus/ncrna/
It contains the fasta sequences for all the ncRNA, but you can filter for "ncrna:rRNA" to select the rRNA sequences only.

Yes, I've tried that before. Well, the length does not seem to
be long enough, but is this the largest dataset for chicken rRNA sequences?
