min-frags-per-transfrags option in cufflinks

Hi all,

I am goin to work with my first transcriptome data and I am planning to use cufflinks for RNA assembly.

I went through the manual and have a couple of queries

1) min-frags-per-transfrag
what is a frag? does it mean an exon in a transcript?

2) Also what is the significance of "Full read support" attribute in the output?

Any help would be appreciated.
