rerunning Oases adding -scaffolding

Hi,

I just finished an Oases run without the -scaffolding argument, and now wanted to rerun it including the argument to see the differences in output. It seems that there is no possibility of rerunning it without overwriting the previous results, unless I go back to Velvet and create a different output directory. Is this so?
