ChIP - PET data analysis

Hi everyone,

I would appreciate any suggestions you may have about the programs that do peak finding on ChIP-PET sequencing data. I have noticed that MACS and FindPeaks 3.3.3 have 1st-version modules to carry these analyses : has somebody did use them for PET-seq analysis ? any opinions ? thanks very much !
