Geneid can predict differnet genes when the length of input sequence are different?

Geneid can predict differnet genes when the length of input sequence are different?

hi,
i used Geneid to predict genes.i meet some troubles.
at first,I got three genes in these regions:
Chr1 16603300 16604517 + geneA
Chr1 16615726 16616289 + geneB
Chr1 16619370 16620767 - geneC
later,i used other tools and found another geneD in these regions:
Chr1 16613428 16613631 + geneD
so,i sent 'Chr1 16613328 16613731' to geneid,and i got geneD,then,expand the regions until "Chr1 16611428 16615631",i still got geneD,but when i sent '
Chr1 16608428 16618631' to geneid,i didn't get geneD,but geneB. So, The gene prediction will be affected by around genes ? thanks a lot.
