illumina v illumina_long with MosaikBuild

Hi,

I'm just starting to use Mosiak and it's not entirely clear (the documentation is pretty sparse on this) when illumina or illumina_long should be used for the sequencing technology flag. From the source, it makes a change in how the aligner is bounded, but I'm not sure how this relates to the sequencing technology.

Can someone help me out with this?
