Hi all-
I'm swaying from my norm and posting a non-de novo question (ekk!). Does anybody have experience with zoom as a read-mapper? It seems to be able to map illumina reads that have been stitched together from each side of a clone, but possibly only with 2 mismatches, something highly unlikely even with the latest processing pipeline.
