    I have run bfast on multiple machines with various versions of glibc, so it should work. Have you tried a different machine.

      Hi Nils,
      I ran memtest86+ and found 500K errors :-) Bad so i checked all of my 8 RAM blocks and found that only one was faulty. So that is what was causing the strange errors all the time. Now i started a new indexing job and hopefully would end properly.

      Case closed :-)

          Yes, but the funny thing is that only BFAST INDEX and sometimes NOVOINDEX were complaining
          Anyways the BFAST INDEX is progressing well now and hopefully i will have my index by the end of the day.
