how to use medpolish in R/Bioconductor

I'm trying to perform median polish on my RMA-normalized microarray data.

The function medpolish, which seem be able to perform median polish, outputs a matrix of factors. Am I supposedly use the input matrix/table subtract this output table/matrix? And the subtracted result would be the actual median polished result?

anyway i suggest to start with a bioconductor functions such as colSummarizeMedianpolish in the preprocessCore package that is more intuitive to use.
