    Ion Torrent Data analysis FASTQ via MG-RAST

    Hello all,

    Does anyone out there have a nicely compressed protocol outlining ways in which to analyze ion torrent data on public programs such as MG-RAST. The how too videos on MG-RAST are not currently up and I figure this has come up before on here so best not to reinvent the wheel.

    I currently have FASTQ files but am able to upload SFF or FASTA
